Some of our most frequently asked questions answered as directly and simply as we can.  If you have a question not covered below please do not hesitate to contact us. Apartment Facilities:

When/how do you take payment?

All web site bookings using Promo Codes are subject to a 10% non-refundable deposit - this is generally taken within 24hrs of the booking being made - the balance is taken 7 days prior to arrival. All bookings must be paid for using a credit or debit card, unless previously arranged to pay via bank transfer etc. All bookings are subject to our terms and conditions which you should also read in conjunction with this FAQ.

Do you have parking on site?

Unfortunately  with such a prime location there has to be a compromise, and thats in parking.  We do however have a deal with Quayside shopping centre's car park; and for £10* per 24hrs we can pre-book a parking space; there are some restrictions in opening times but your vehicle is secure overnight. Monday - Friday   07.00 – 22.00 Saturday          07.00 – 21.00 Sunday            08.00 – 19.00 There is off street parking and a pay and display within a minutes walk. * correct prices and timing as at 4 Aug 2016 for more details please see their website

Do you allow late check-out’s?

Yes we do, where possible.

If you need a later check-out that 11am we can try to arrange this and a £10 administrative charge will be raised.

Do you offer early/late check-in?

Yes we do.

We understand that flexibility of stay are important to everyone and that due to circumstances arriving between 2pm and 5pm isn't always possible or practical, so we can, where possible, agree an earlier or later check-in.

there is a £10 administrative charge for this however.

What are your check in and check out times

Our standard check-in times are from 2pm to 5pm We ask that all guests vacate their apartments be 11am on the day of departure. We generally ask all guests to meet us at our CM Property Management office on Little James street (next to Jacks Bar) prior to being taken to the apartment - just around the corner.

Do your apartments have Sky or some other TV service?

Most of our Hogg & Mitchell apartments are equipped with Sky, you will be given a PIN to use during your stay; please note however that we do not permit any purchasing through the system, so no Box Office films etc. For apartments not equipped with Sky there is the Freeview service.

Do your apartments have WiFi?

Yes.

All of our self catering apartments are on our hi-speed wifi network; you will receive login details on arrival.

Do you provide towels?

As all the apartments are fully serviced we do indeed provide towels for your stay; for those guests staying longer than 6 nights we also ensure your towels are changed during your stay.

Do you provide hairdryers and irons?

Yes..

Each apartment is equipped with a washing machine/dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience - we even supply the washing powder!

Each apartment has a hairdryer, although if you have a good head of hair you might prefer to bring your own with you.

Do you include tea and coffee making facilities?

As the apartments are all fully serviced self-catering apartments all the facilities are in place for you to make tea and coffee we do include a welcome pack of teas and coffee for you to enjoy a relaxing cuppa on arrival.

Do you provide toiletries?

All our apartments come with complimentary soaps, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner - these are not replenished during your stay.
